Now it’s time to review the iconic Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner. You see, the reviews of this product are rather different which only pushes for testing it out myself. =) Taking the ball before the bound I’ll tell you that I’ve never fallen for it.

Texture: a little bit dry
Application: At first, the lip liner seemed to be soft in texture. But it still tugged my skin a lot. It’s also a problem to apply it smoothly because it leaves clumps behind. It definitely requires some skills. It’s really well pigmented and doesn’t necessarily have to be packed. When I pack it, the second layer applies patchy. Maybe this is the issue only of this shade, who knows.

Impressions: I still can’t make up my mind on what I think about it. I love the pigmentation, shade and partly its formula because it ensures great wear time and stays put on my lip contours for the entire day and doesn’t smudge. But here, I also have to mention a flaw.
You see, the product doesn’t feel comfortable at all on my lips. I mean I feel it’s tacky and dry texture at the same time! Yes, I mean it!
Usually, I have to either apply my fave Chanel Rouge Coco Flash Lipstick on top of it so as to save my lips from terrible drying out.
I won’t ever purchase. But I think I’ll use it up only as a contour lip liner.

My rate: 3 stars because the product seems to be doing what it has to but still the texture is to be worked on.
Overall thoughts: I can’t recommend it for purchasing because the quality is never worth the money it costs. Maybe the problems lie within this shade only but again, I can’t guarantee that other shades will be better. :)I hope that you found my review informative! =)
