Pros: a little goes a long way, beautiful shade, convenient in use

Hello!

I want to talk about the product I’m very pleased with. This is the love of many beauty bloggers: Golden Glow Booster.

I found out that UV is harmful for my skin rather late. Here I have to thank our society and my parents who always used to persuade me that a few hours in the sun is okay and that a beautiful sun tan is good proof of a beautifully spent holiday. Smile This is why I started to take care of my skin and protect it with SPF infused products quite recently. I also want to fight my pale complexion with some unnatural ways like self-tanners.

This product is interesting because you can’t use it alone but mix it with your regular moisturizer. I use it the following way: I take the right amount of the serum for my face and neck on my hand and then I add a couple of the drops of the booster. Then I apply this mixture over my face, neck and even ears. Smile

They advise us to wash our hands after the use of the booster, but I don’t usually do it and I can assure you that there haven’t been any trouble spots with my hands ever.

I want my review to be short, but I want to highlights some points why I actually do love this product by Clarins:

  • The most important thing that I like about it is the result. It’s impossible to overdo with it, as the product applies delicately and I’ve never ended up looking like a roasted chicken. You can intensify the tan by adding some more drops into the serum every day. There’s a downside: the product washes off when you cleanse your skin daily.

  • The fragrance of the booster is very subtle, practically the mixture will smell like your moisturizer or whatever you use. It’s been so many times with the Nivea or Dove or Garnier products that I apply over my skin and when I go to bed, my husband's comments upon these smells are that they are off-putting for him.

  • A little goes a long way. The 15 ml bottle costs $32 but this bottle will be enough for a year. The opened bottle expires within 18 months. What’s more, you can also find it discounted.

  • And a small bonus - the package with the product is very beautiful and pleasant to hold in your hands.

This time, I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase. I’ll review the body concentrate later, as I haven’t tested it out yet.
