My today’s review is dedicated to two matte colors from the Velvet Matte Lipstick range. The bullet is flimsy yet attractive It’s marsala, matte, pleasant to the touch and with golden letters. The formula is thick and a bit sticky, and therefore it doesn’t glide over the lips.
