I’ve been choosing a BB cream for the summer for a really long time. The thing is that I have temperamental skin.
It’s combo with enlarged pores and blackheads. It’s prone to oily sheen and pimples, in the summertime in particular. So I’ve been looking for a BB cream that would be ultra-light but capable of covering all my skin blemishes. In addition, I wanted it to protect my skin from sun rays and mattify it without drying it out.
Yep, I know that these requirements are surreal, but I believed that I would find my perfect BB cream one day.
After reading plenty of positive reviews that promised flawless skin, I decided to give the BB Cream Holika Holika Moisture Petit a try.

The cream comes in a lovely pale-blue tube with a cap that closes and opens with a click, plus it had a protective upper lid.
In my opinion, the nozzle is a little bigger than usual, that’s why it gives too much of the product at a time. So do not keep the tube vertically.
All the information about the manufacturer, shelf life, ingredients and the directions to use can be found on the back of the package.
The smell is enjoyable and not-in-your-face, but I don’t feel it on my skin.
The formula is liquid, but pretty hard to blend out, because it seems to soak in quickly.
On the minus side, the BB Creams are available in one and only shade. They are thought to adapt to every skin type, but it doesn’t happen to my skin. The product only lightens it and I look like a Korean girl.

The coverage is medium. It doesn’t cover up the blemishes completely.
As for my skin, it accentuated almost every imperfection and even those that I wasn’t even aware of 
Well, I want three areas to look perfect on my skin: nose, cheeks and chin.
However, this product creased and emphasized all blemishes in these very areas. By the way I didn’t know I had dry bits there.
It lasted all day on me, even though it was a hard and hot day. It looked like if I applied it a minute ago even in the evening. I mean my blemishes were noticeable all day long.
I gave this cream another chance then, but it behaved the same way on me.
I guess the reason for that is that it doesn’t suit my skin. I guess all fair-skinned girls with less skin issues will be obsessed with this product.
Unfortunately, it’s not suitable for me.
