We can speak of whether it’s worth buying a high-end foundation or not endlessly long but from me, I should say that it’s worth it. You can’t always test it out in action, I don’t mean those testers in stores, which will never show you its true performance on the skin.
This product fits me nicely.
My skin is oily in summer and more normal in winter. Earlier before, I used to suffer enlarged pores but thanks to good skin care I almost managed to fight this problem.
As for me, this product flatters my skin in summer as well as in winter. I hope that you’ll also fall in love with it.
There’s a heavy bottle with a corrector under the cap. I find it super handy because I don’t have to carry two products with me, even though the tube is rather heavy and more for vanity table storage.
The glossy surface gathers all the stains so you’ll have to wipe it. There’s a small mirror under the corrector cap.
The pump is good and it nicely dispenses the product.
There are 30ml of the foundation and 2.8g of the corrector.
The consistency of the foundation isn’t thick unless you pack it. If you apply it with a damp sponge, it applies even better.
For me, this shade is a perfect match. It feels like the formula blends out itself and it never settles into my pores.
No mask-esque coverage. I don’t detect it on my skin at all. It feels so smooth and even. I can see that beautiful glow that is so desirable. At the same time, its lasting power is on fleek. It doesn’t fade over time. I appreciate how beautifully it diminishes the appearance of my pores, especially if I wear it over a primer.
The product is also infused with SPF20. The formula is oil-free, that’s why it flatters all skin types, except dry maybe.
The coverage is awesome. You’ll be able to cover any pimples or dark spots with it. And even though there’s nothing said about its mattifying properties, I can still see that my face doesn’t become oily in the heat so quickly.
Most of all I like pairing it with the Hydra Zen Anti-stress moisturizer from Lancome.
They promised us a skin hydrating complex and this is true. Even when I don’t wear my foundation over a moisturizer, my skin still feels fresh and smooth.
As for the corrector, it’s also great there! It covers up all the pimples and thick enough to cover up reddening and dark eye circles.
It doesn’t settle into my fine lines during the day and doesn’t fade away.
They also advise us to blend the corrector into the foundation for better coverage if you feel like you need it.
For me and my skin type, this foundation is excellent. This is my second tube and I’ll always recommend it.
