Today I want to share with you my opinion on a new Lasplash Cosmetics Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick by American brand. The brand was founded in 2001, but till 2017 I haven’t heard anything about it. Though: But I’m not a blogger, so don’t blame me for not knowing that brand.
