Today I want to share with you my opinion on a new Lasplash Cosmetics Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick by American brand.
The brand was founded in 2001, but till 2017 I haven’t heard anything about it.
Though:
The LASplash brand is known worldwide to beauty bloggers and makeup gurus thanks to its liquid velvet matte lipsticks with great pigmentation and all day long lasting effect.
The lipsticks leave a velvety, matte finish that never transfers. Experiment with boldest high pigmented shades - from neutral to solid black. With its innovative formula that glides on as liquid and dries matte, you are sure to turn heads!
Care recommendation: please note, Liquid to matte lipsticks contain a drying agent to deliver the liquid to matte effect. To extend the life of your lippies. It is recommended to close tightly after each use, keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool/room temp area.
But I’m not a blogger, so don’t blame me for not knowing that brand. But actually, yes, blame me, as it was absolutely unforgivable not to know of this brand with such great lipsticks. So, let’s get started....
I ordered my lipstick online and I was especially impressed by "Dia de los Muertos" (metallic lipsticks designed with illustrations from the mexican day of the dead) and "Forbidden Kiss" (matte spring shades)I found both of them discounted and chose the “forbidden kiss” in Flix n Chill shade.
The product arrived to me in a carton box with a design which reminded me of a sofa 
The lipstick itself was in a matte plastic tube with "VelvetMatte" title and tropical flowers imprinted on the top of the applicator.

Expiry date - 6 months after opening.
The applicator had a short cut thick surface. It is easy to apply the product with and it seemed to be that it was rather economical.
I don’t want to be distracted on the general information anymore. Let’s pay attention to the color and texture.
Buying things online is always a risky task, as the expectations may overcome the reality. If we speak about lipsticks - some colors may not be suitable for your skintone and are absolutely of a different color than on the Internet page. However, I was incredibly lucky to choose the perfect color for me.
The color is gorgeous, very comprehensive, changing its shade in different lighting.
From a bright pinky one to purple with red undertone.
The product dries quite fast, leaving no drying feeling or stickiness on the lips, which is an essential part of the
NYX lipsticks.The color is absolutely great to wear. It’s bright and spring like but not vulgar.
The product on my lips.One layer is pretty much enough to get a bright and saturated color.
The texture is really velvet and matte, it’s soft and doesn’t look like a thick coating.
The product stays on the lips for a very long time. I can easily eat and drink. Even with fatty food, the color will fade away a bit, but creates a beautiful gradient after:)
When I tried to wipe it away I had to rub a lot.
In conclusion I want to say that this lipstick is an absolute must have for the spring season. Everybody was paying attention to me (My husband even became a bit jealous)
I think that it is a color that will suit everybody and the quality is great. It will definitely create a good mood. I’m going to buy more lipsticks from this brand in the future. I’ve already laid my eye on the one from the Dia de los Muertos line.
