I’d like to share my experience with the new Venus XL Eyeshadow Palette that is the biggest palette from Lime Crime so far.
I’ve been on the hunt for a new versatile eyeshadow palette and when I saw this launch from Lime Crime, I was hooked straight away and couldn’t help but order it And you know what, the product is far beyond my expectations.
The palette consists of 18 shades with plenty of mind-blowing colors beginning from red, golden, berry and pink to bronzed neutrals. The hues have 4 different finishes:
Matte: Passion (bright raspberry), Flora (deep coral), Triumph (cranberry), Scallop (warm pink) and Blank Canvas (cold beige)
Matte sparkle: same matte formula you love but with sparkle! Fresca (dark gray with pink sparkle) and Celestial (brick-red with golden sparkle)
Glow: soft, luminous finish. Not satin, not shimmer. It’s glow! Idolized (caramel) Goddess (dusty rose), Supreme (rose-lilac), Burnt Gold (dark terracota), Aphrodite (deep red-brown) and Boticelli (wine)
Metallic: ultra-shiny shimmer! Eden (rusty rose), Ethereal (dusty blush), Love (bronzed peach), Inspire (metallic berry) and Nu Classic (bronze-brown)
The eyeshadow is highly-pigmented and easy to pick up with a brush. It doesn’t leave any fallout behind and it’s not dusty. Moreover, it wears really long. You can create any daily or intense evening makeup with it.
