Sculpture powder in #Harmony is my long-desired product. I’m not a great fan of sculpting my face but to have a good sculpting powder in your beauty bag feels like some kind of obligation for girls these days.
In MAC they are called the blush.
Manufacturer: Estee Lauder
Made in Canada
Net Wt - 6g
The Harmony blush really looks like a natural shade, the color is perfect: it contains brown and grey shades. It is suitable for all skin types - I mean with and without tan. With one small drawback - this blush won’t suit girls with very fair skin, it’ll look red. If you are one of them you’d better turn your attention to Nyx Powder Blush #11 Taupe.
I really wanted to criticize the product, but actually haven’t found anything to criticize. This blush is just perfect in every way:
1. It has a great pigmentation and blends easily. You need to put some effort into the muddy spots, but at the same time it’s not so easy to wipe away without special removers.
Though the MAC products are getting more and more popular and available, they are still considered to be professional ones. This is where great pigmentation and long-lasting effects comes from. Usually mass or middle market products can’t boast such advantages.
2. Universal shade.
In my opinion, it really suits everybody.
3. The product doesn’t dust (as it’s pressed very tightly) and shows off the pigment very well at the same time.
4. The good-quality packaging and sheer size of the product are great advantages for me. I think with the amount that I use everyday there’ll be enough for my children and grandchildren to try it:)
5. As a decent sculpture powder the product is totally matte, there’s no even the smallest bit of shimmer in it.
How I apply it:
Contouring isn’t something I do every day. My everyday makeup is foundation, powder, blush, eyebrow pencil, highlighter and mascara. But sometimes, on special occasions I contour my face. I don’t have beautiful cheekbones so I just have to create them. And MAC Harmony is a great support for me. I apply the product under my cheekbone with a brush and blend it upwards. My brush is from Real Techniques and despite it’s a blush brush, I manage to contour my face with it. And I always darken the line on my high forehead.
With the help of a small brush from RT I contour my nose.
Girls, if you’re looking for your ideal sculpting powder, and you are ready to spend more money than on a mass market product you should definitely turn your attention to MAC Harmony Powder Blush.
I’m sure you’ll love it and it will make your face features more defined, beautiful and elegant.
I really recommend it. I’m very pleased with the quality, size and the result of the product. In the next 2-3 years I will definitely forget about buying the sculpting powder, as this one will last for a very long time and I can’t even dream of a better quality.
