Water-resistant Aqua XL Ink Liner M-42. I’ll show you how you can use the blue eyeliner in your daily makeup.
The Aqua Xl MUFE line has 15 different shades in the collection with an array of finishes. I have mine in the color M-42 which is matte and blue.
I adore wings and sometimes I prefer lining my eyes with colorful eyeliners. Before this product, I used to line my eyes with a liquid pomade, which wasn’t actually convenient to use at all.
As for my preferences, I can’t say that I’m a fan of liquid liners, as I usually opt for gel ones. But, actually, I tamed this MUFE product and now I absolutely in love with it.
The tube with the liner is black, while the brush holder that is the same color-coded as the liner inside. Mine is blue, you remember that, don’t you?
The tube is rather small by the way.
Net. Wt 1.7g
Inside the tube they put a small ball for proper shaking of the product before the application. I always shake it, as the pigment needs to be mixed with other ingredients for a better color payoff.
Surprisingly, I found it very convenient to work with. It isn’t rough and bends a little when I line my eyes. You know, there are liners with harsh applicators that seem to be made of wood and aimed at scratching your lids and nothing else.
I’m not sure that this applicator is good for drawing very thin lines, but for me that’s okay, since I don’t like ultra-thin wings.
As I’ve already said, before each application I properly shake the tube. The product applies evenly, well and beautiful. If I feel that there isn’t enough of pigment for me from the first round, then I easily layer it and there will never be any clumps or smudges.
The product is convenient to work with, as it gives you some time before drying out and setting, for you to correct smudges if there are any.
For me, the blue eyeliner isn’t as creative and bold as red or yellow, for example. I can easily fit it in my everyday makeup routine and I don’t have to wait for some special occasion or holiday to wear this liner.
And here are some makeup descriptions and looks for you to see what I pair this product with:
Option #1: Golden eyeshadows are great here to pair with the blue eyeliner.
Option #2 black is the most versatile color and everything pairs with it, so this is how to turn the boring black into the creative black-blue eye makeup. Nothing special but the makeup already looks unusual, doesn’t it?
Here you may think that the look lacks falsies or coated eyelashes but I didn’t wear or coat them on purpose, since I didn’t want to distract your attention from the liner.
Option #3 Why not wear the product solo?
Option #4 I think I’ve already mentioned that I like pairing blue colors with golden. And here I decided to add some more golden eyeliner to the blue one, and yeah, one more makeup look is ready.
Staying power and removing:
The product is long lasting and waterproof. It stays on even when it’s boiling hot outside and doesn’t imprint on the upper lid. I wash it off easily with a cleansing oil.
I take off a star for the small size (1.7g) and rather high price ($24).
