I’ve been a big fan of Guerlain Blushes for a long time, there is something special about the peach shade and mild freshness they give. That’s why I kept buying new blushes...until I came across Marc Jacobs and bought almost everything I could (yep, there will be a lot of reviews about their products)

Product information:

What it is:An innovative powder blush duo palette with two shades for customizable color that delivers foolproof radiance all day. What it does:Air Blush Soft Glow Duo features two shades that merge together so you can customize your color for a sexy, natural-looking glow. Achieve a dance-floor flush with this blush that’s infused with Japanese air powder for the ultimate cheek look. This ultra-lightweight, radiant powder is nearly undetectable to the touch, and gives your skin a radiant finish. Air Blush is created using a process called soufflage (French for "air-whipped") for a silky-soft, cream-like texture that blends effortlessly with the complexion. The unique striped pattern on this powder blush is inspired by a Marc Jacobs dress. An innovative process allows every shade band to extend beyond the surface, for even color with every brushstroke. Two glowing shades complement each other: the lighter shade highlights and the deeper shade contours. Customize your color by layering and blending as much as you desire to tailor your look for the occasion or the season. Air Blush delivers 24-hour blush wear, for glowing radiance from day to night. What it is formulated WITHOUT:- Parabens- Sulfates- PhthalatesWhat else you need to know:Air Blush is inspired by the first celebrity makeup artist, Way Bandy, a friend of Marc Jacobs. Bandy rose to fame during the era of Studio 54 and he embraced the concept of "color glow" as a way of bringing out the natural "drape" of the face. The sleek, palm-sized compact is modeled after a vintage cigarette case

There are 5 colors in the line:

506 Flesh & Fantasy - ivory shimmer/ goddess bronze

502 Lines & Last Night - creamsicle/ deep tangerine

504 Kink & Kisses - pale petal/ peachy rose

500 Lush & Libido - petal pink/ orchid pink 508 Night Fever & Hot Stuff - cherry/ deep plum

The shade:

The shades don’t look different in the swatches but the point is, you can choose for yourself what kind of blush you want to wear today: matte, satin or radiant. I find it really user-friendly. The highlighter isn’t highly pigmented and has a subtle pink color, I don’t know maybe I’ll be able to use it when I’m tanned.I love the blush itself, it’s really versatile and can freshen any makeup. I’d love to buy the 500 Lush and Libido Palette too.Smile

Four stars for the design.

Sometimes you care about design, sometimes you don’t want to pay more for it, but this one is truly sweet. I just don’t comprehend why they’ve made the blush so big. Their size makes it inconvenient to carry them around. That’s a shame.

By the way, the palette squeaks!

Price:

Marc Jacobs belongs to the high end segment which means all their products are pricey, but their quality (design, lasting power, pigmentation etc.) live up to their prices.

Five stars for the application.

The blush is easy and gentle to apply, and I always reach to it when I’m in a hurry because it makes any makeup cool...except when I sneeze when drawing cat eyes and my eyeliners expand to my temples Smile

Five stars for the lasting power

This is the most long lasting blush I ever had, it lasts literally all day long. Sometimes when all the other makeup products have disappeared, this is the only one that stays.

The blush has a unique formula. The matte side is soft, while the highlighter isn’t that silky and highly pigmented, and contains tiny shimmer particles, which don’t spoil the makeup.

Pros:

  • talc-free
  • mirror
  • long-lasting
  • cruelty-free
  • versatile

Cons:

  • hefty packaging
  • price

I have mixed impressions. On the one hand, I really like the color, design and lasting power. On the other hand, the blush is bulky and squeaky, and the colors are not that different.

All in all, I’m really happy with my purchase I don’t regret spending my money on it. This is my fave, though I wouldn’t call it a must have for everyone.
