Here it is! I have finally managed to get my hands on this legendary Eraser Eye Concealer from Maybelline! Does it live up to my expectations?
This is the concealer that promises to take care of our gentle eye area as well as fight dark circles and skin blemishes.
The applicator-sponge is very convenient in use. It applies the product really gently to my skin. It’s very cushioning, by the way! I find it super convenient for my under eyes.
I have my eraser of dark circles and skin blemishes in the color Light. This is the fairest color from the collection that I managed to get. But I deem even this Light shade is too dark for my pale complexion. I wish I grabbed the fairer shade!
I apply the product with the applicator-sponge and then I prefer to blend it out with a makeup sponge.
The blending is very quick and easy. The product doesn’t show flaking of the skin and it doesn’t clog pores. In general the finish looks very natural. I always powder my T-zone and an eye area, as the concealer can crease a little, though it isn’t such a big problem for me.
The coverage is custom but the concealer can be layered for thicker coverage. I like how easily this product hides my dark under eye circles and skin reddening.
I haven’t noticed any promised skin care from this product. It doesn't dry out my skin and I’m already more than thankful for that.
I recommend this concealer for purchasing as it can really become your magical wand for makeup.
