    Hi everyone! The Angel Veil primer is the second primer from NYX I’ve tried. I’ve been waiting for it to arrive, but I was disappointed. I regret wasting $16 on this: The tube is girly and attractive. Formula: the primer is white and rather thick and feels heavy on my skin.
