The Angel Veil primer is the second primer from NYX I’ve tried. I’ve been waiting for it to arrive, but I was disappointed.
I regret wasting $16 on this:
The tube is girly and attractive.
Formula: the primer is white and rather thick and feels heavy on my skin. The aroma is far from pleasant.
My skin without makeup:
Application: I applied it with a finger, like any primer. I use Beauty blenders for the foundation.
The primer feels like a mask and leaves a white tint on my skin.
Let’s summarize all pros and cons:
✔Blurs my pores
✔Makes my face white and even
✔Mattifies
✔ Prolongs the lasting power of my makeup
A photo after 10-12 hours with it:
Now to the cons:
✘Feels like a mask
✘Nasty aroma
✘No SPF
✘Too thick, therefore causes pimples
✘Hard to spread
✘Extremely drying. It accentuates all flaky spots.

To avoid this, I have to scrub my skin really hard before applying this primer.
✘It doesn’t make my wrinkles smooth. On the contrary, the primer settles into them and becomes really visible.
In general, it's a bad value for the money.
