I’ve been hunting this legendary luminizer for two months. Of course I could have ordered it online, but I wanted to test it in real life and on my skin, see how shimmer particles would look in different lighting and how long it would last. And so two weeks ago I finally managed to buy this luminizer.

Available in several shades. I bought the fairest one.
The outer appearance is simple yet pleasing to the eye: soft plastic with barely visible shimmer particles.
The black cap goes open when turned 90 degrees. Sometimes I worry that this iridescent stuffing would cover the insides of my bag, but it hasn’t leaked yet.
They don’t give away much information about the product, but the most important stuff like descriptions and contacting the manufacturer can be found there.
The highlighter comes out in a thin trickle, even if you squeeze the tube with force you won’t get more than you need.
The cosmetic fragrance isn’t annoying, I’d even say, there is almost no fragrance at all. For those who can’t stand scented cosmetics this babe is a great find.
The product is like polished silver with pink undertone. The shimmer particles are tiny and only visible if you look closer. They look appropriate both in daylight and in the evening, without standing out.
The formula is gel-like, pleasant and absolutely not sticky. It spreads greatly over the skin, and leaves no spots or any unwanted effects.
In this photo I wear nothing but a moisturizing serum and a bit of concealer. Of course, one has to have perfect skin tone to use highlighters, but when it’s hot, it’s better not to wear heavy foundations.
After
I applied a tiny drop of the NYX born to glow onto the bridge of the nose, cheekbones, forehead and cupid’s bow. The shining is soft and isn’t too fancy.
You can also mix this highlighter with a foundation to achieve a gentle lit from within glow. But personally I prefer to highlight particular face features.
The effect of healthy and glowing skin last from the moment of application till the makeup removal. The shining stays put where it belong and doesn’t get smeared all around the face.
Perhaps this is thanks to its liquid formula, because with dry highlighters, the effect was exactly the opposite.
So, I liked this highlighter in all respects. It’s a tiny and affordable baby that does wonders to my skin. It’s a kind of must-have for dates, photo shoots and for any case when you want to feel happy and beautiful!
