NYX is justly considered to be the leader among quality and affordable lipsticks. These products are so popular all around the world. The company has many other products, but lipsticks and lipglosses are their winners!
NYX Butter Gloss is very popular among NYX lip glosses. This range has 12 shades so far. I was so excited about them and bought 2 shades Apple Strudel and Peaches and Cream.
Cherry Pie: I bought it this winter, when I realized that I wanted something bright, rich and fruity.
So now I have 3 sweet shades 
Packaging: They have a beautiful, modern and bright design almost in the color of the lip glosses themselves.
NYX Butter Gloss are made of glossy plastic. Volume: 8 ml. They have a transparent tamper proof film.
Unlike NYX Xtreme Lip Cream, the gloss doesn’t flow. I like that the packaging is qualitative, the inscriptions do not fade while being in a handbag, besides stickers with shade numbers are still there. The stopper makes the applicator wand take the required amount of the product.
They close tightly, so that you can easily carry them in your handbag and be sure that they won’t smear anything.
Applicator wand: a common convenient applicator which takes the required amount of gloss due to a good stopper.
Texture: pleasant, not very tacky or fluid, but soft and elastic. The consistency is creamy, quite thick, a bit sticky, but it feels super comfortable on the lips. They don’t have shimmer or any other particles, which can make the lip gloss look cheap.
Coverage: Varies from light to medium thickness according to the shade. Everything depends on intensity, pigmentation and transparency. There are lip glosses with which one coat is enough, but some of them need 2-3 coats to get an excellent result.
Properties: The lip gloss doesn’t dry the lips out, but moisturize and nourish them. The shades are so sweet, rich and bright! It can be worn on its own or layered over your lipstick.
The lippies are glossy, not tacky. They don’t bleed off or leave streaks. They are incredibly comfortable on the lips.
The lipsticks are easy to apply evenly, as the texture seems to smooth the lips, so there’s no need to use other makeup articles, like brushes or lip liners. The lips look smooth and glossy. NYX Butter Glosses last about 3-4 hours even after snacks, but not after some meals. They are easy to remove with the help of a common napkin.
Smell: smells like vanilla and candy, very sweet, but the fragrance is not annoying. Besides, it disappears quickly, I would say.

Every shade has its own peculiarities.
Apple Strudel is a soft peach nude shade. It’s the most feminine and the most difficult one. The warm peach with a creamy finish makes a half-transparent coverage. It’s not so glossy and pigmented. Moreover, it can bleed off or end up in lip lines. However, it doesn’t bother me too much as it’s a nice nude gloss perfect for everyday makeup.
By the way, it doesn’t emphasize the lips, so eye makeup would be helpful My lip gloss is running out now. It seems that I’ve been using it the most. It last about 2-3 hours and then gradually fades, but leaves a slight color.
It would be nice for those girls who are fond of soft nude shades and for those who don’t like to emphasize the lips, but want them to look pretty and moisturized.
Peaches and Cream is a bright coral pink gloss, kinda barbie style. It’s the color of a bright bubblegum! It’s a highly pigmented and problem-free shade among all three of them. It covers the lips perfectly right from the first coat. It’s not tacky, it’s buttery, soft and thick.
It spreads out well and it feels like it melts on the lips. It moisturizes the lips well, makes them brighter, richer and more attractive. It looks glossy, thick and cute. It’s the most wearable shade personally for me, though I still can’t imagine myself with these barbie lips That being said that it’s absolutely gorgeous and last for 3-4 hours!
Whom does it fit? This glossy pink shade fits teenagers and girls loving barbie style. It’s a perfect shade for spring. In my opinion, It would look awkward on more grown-up women.
Cherry Pie is a bright red glossy shade and it’s my favorite one. It looks awesome on the lips! The pigmentation is half-transparent and uneven after the first coat, so you’ll need to apply some more layers. If you apply it carefully, it won’t bleed off.
There’s no need of any lip pencils with this gloss. It has a soft silky texture which gives a divine gloss. It’s not sticky at all.
It looks sexy and very rich on the lips!
Staying power is 3-4 hours. It can stand some snacks as well. I wear it as often as possible, as I get lots of compliments then!
Whom does it fit? I think that this lip gloss will be perfect for any girl. I recommend it to those who are in love with red shades and those who are afraid to wear them.
It’s a perfect problem-free red shade to wear all year around.

Conclusion: I’m so excited about NYX Butter Gloss. The lippies are so soft, glossy and pleasant! What I especially like about NYX is price/quality ratio.
You should bear in mind that if your lips are chapped or something, these lip glosses won’t look good on you. You should better moisturize it with Carmex first. Not all of the shades feel the the same on the lips, but all of them moisturize well and give a pretty gloss.
