I love receiving new stuff from NYX.
However, sometimes it turns out to be pathetic. That’s what happened with the Holographic Halo Eyeliner
First of all, its formula is somewhat more creamy and not as smooth and gel-like as that of the regular eyeliners in jars.
The eyeliner is uneven and clumpy on the eyes. It looks beautiful only when you try to remove it
See the right swatch. The eyeliner becomes sticky, and the upper layer removes the lower layers. That’s a mess no one would like to have on their eyes.
And the color...honestly, it looks really cheap. I doubt there are eyes which these giant shimmer particles would complement. The eyeliner’s price was the last straw. I say ‘no’ to this eyeliner, though I really like other products from this brand. They’ve delighted me much more and I can’t wait to tell you about them!
