Hello there! This is the first review of the new Sephora mascara in 2019. Earlier, they used to launch mascaras of the Outrageous collection and this time they didn’t come up with something new. =)
I didn’t know their mascaras before and used to prefer MAC products. But there was something that caught me about their promo and this is how I got into the store.

The mascara was wrapped with plastic and there were no boxes or covers. But the design is fantastic. It feels like I’m touching a really expensive sofa. It brings me into the atmosphere of luxury and elegance. These were my first impressions of the purchase.
After that, I paid attention to the brush and when I made sure that it was okay, I started to apply the product. The brush is silicone, voluminous and the bristles here are super thin. It doesn’t pick up much of the formula, even at the tip of it.
The color is ultra black and there’s no smell or fragrance to it. The formula distributes nicely, though I still have to give it some time to set and stop smudging.
Thanks to all those thin bristles, the formula glides over my lashes, separating them. I appreciate that length and curl.
Even though my lashes are straight, they’re still possible to curl. They’re also rather long. But when I don’t wear any makeup, this isn’t visible. I can’t say that they are thick and I’ll never get the falsies effect only with a mascara.
After the application, my eyes look brighter, even though I didn’t use any eyeliners. It’s rather difficult to apply this mascara with this brush because the bristles scratch my lids.
My lashes are nicely curled here, so they don’t look so long.
During the wear, the product doesn’t fall out or budge.
It washes off nicely with micellar water. If you want to wash it with water, then you’ll have to rub your eyes a lot.
I recommend this mascara for purchasing. I compared it with 1.5 times more expensive mascaras and can’t see any point in overpaying. Since I don’t use eyeshadows or eyeliners on a daily basis, I need a mascara to make my lashes more natural, yet better. 
And this OUTRAGEOUS OVERSIZED mascara does it all for me.
I was so impressed with the promo, that I decided to do the same makeup (though I forgot that I don’t wear semi-permanent eyelashes).
