Hello there!
I can’t help but tell you about this small treasure of mine, this small and basic eyeshadow palette from Seventeen, Perfect Harmony Sweet Matt #116, to be exact.
It consists of 3 refill pans. All three shades are matte.
A light beige shade with a barely visible shimmer
A fair brown color with a gray undertone
Dark brown, dark chocolate color.
This babe lives up to its name because all the shades are well balanced and comprise a perfect harmony. Each shade matches the other two.

Texture, application and wear time
The products offer a rather good pigmentation and the color payoff is on fleek over a primer as well as over my nude skin.
If I don’t wear them over a primer, they crease on my eyes in the middle of a hot day.
I also want to note that my eyelids are oily and in general my skin is a pain in the ass when it comes to my makeup staying power and good performance. If I wear these over a primer, they look as though just applied from morning till the very evening.
The first 3 swatches were done over my nude skin. The others are over a primer.
Application and classy makeup
I apply the lightest shade to my eye corners. It makes them pop due to the finest shimmer in the formula.
The second shade, the brown-gray one applies to my mobile lid and lower lashline. It’s so easy to blend out to the smokey finish. It appears as though a natural shadow and fakes the bigger eyes look.
The darkest shade applies to the crease of my eyes.
This is what it looks like:
This makeup can be done more sophisticated with some bright colors. I use the LA Girl eyeliner in the shade Gypsy Teal for my waterline.
Also, this classy and basic eye makeup can be adorned with many other different items if you find it too plain and ordinary. For instance, add some glitter, powder or liquid highlighters or use some satin eyeshadows from other palettes, after all.
Smokey makeup
Here I used the second and the third refills. I applied the chocolate shade over my lashline and then blended it out, dragging it to the gray-brown shade.
I say that this palette is my treasure. Because, when there were hard times, it also played as a contouring palette for me as well. I used the shade in the middle to contour my cheekbones and nose with it. You see, this shade is cool and it fakes the shadow so nicely. I also used it to fill in my brows.
In a word, this palette is a multi-tasking working horse for me. Since I have to travel abroad a lot, this compact palette dupes several makeup products.
I’ll remind you that it works as:
an eyeshadow palette
brow powder
contouring powder
I can recommend this palette because of its:
great quality
size
price
versatility
Thanks for your attention!
