I didn’t plan on buying a lash primer and got this primer in a kit. So I’ve been trying to figure out how to use it properly for several weeks now.
Description:
It’s packed like a normal mascara. My miniature is equipped with a brush, which is silicone and with bristles of various lengths. It is surprisingly handy.
Made in the USA
Should be used up within 6 months after opening.
Price: $23 for a full-size primer
The primer makes the tips of your lashes white, as though your eyelashes froze.
The primer enhances volume and curl. My straight lashes become curly, and that’s great. However, the volume will show the main flaw of this primer, which is:
It gives a spider-legs look. I know many like it, so I’m not taking off a star, but keep it in mind.

3. With the Smashbox mascara applied over the primer
I have a really cool mascara which, unfortunately, tends to leave stains on the upper lid. I hoped the primer would solve this problem, but it didn’t. Also, the primer only made my eyelashes stick together and feel heavy and uncomfortable.
Judging by the upper photo, the result is quite good, but...wanna see a trick?
There is a collage, where I wear my mascara with and without the primer. Can you spot the difference?
In my opinion, the eyelashes look better without the primer. But anyway, the difference is insignificant.
Another minus - it’s harder to remove the mascara when it’s applied over the primer.
The bottom line:
I found this primer totally useless. If you take a long look, you may see the difference, but it is so insignificant that I’m absolutely sure I wouldn’t buy a full-size primer.
