The package with this foundation arrived broken, plus the product itself was quite an unpleasant surprise.

And that’s for $39…

Okay, let me start off with pros:

Packaging:

A gorgeous box with a heavy bottle of frosted glass inside. A shiny metallic cap without any flaws.

Color and covering power.

After a logical deduction, I chose Light Neutral. My skin is fair, though not pale.

Actually I think it is the right color for me, because it adapts to the natural skin tone within a few minutes after the application.

In the photo above you can see how it covers my skin. The color differs to that of the neck, but it doesn’t really matter. There are other things, though, that matter. There are so many flaws, and I’m too angry to divide them into paragraphs. The foundation is way too heavy. I apply it in dots onto the forehead, cheeks, cheekbones, chin and under eye area.

As a rule, I apply the foundation with fingers or with a wet egg-shaped makeup sponge. I prefer the latter way.

As a foundation base, I use a mattifying day cream.

My ever red nose and enlarged pores yearn to be covered with such a heavy foundation. There are many patchy spots on the cheeks, and the nose is still red.The foundation is deep down in the pores. If I try to fix this mess with a sponge, new patchy spots appear. If I try to apply several layers of the foundation, it comes off unevenly, in clumps and gaps. The foundation feels like play-doh.

Swearing, I take the foundation off, use a face scrub, apply a face cream once again. After it has soaked in, I lay hold of a duo fibre makeup brush.

This time, I need more foundation to blend it nicely. Nevertheless, the foundation clumps when I try to blend it.

I apply the next layer to cover the gaps and feel like a plasterer. The skin doesn’t look matte, it’s dry and flaky.

To hell with that, let’s go out.

My bf laughed at me, and no wonder. My face looked waxy, even though I tried to enliven it with a blush and highlighter.

After an hour, my face looked like this:

Here, I tried to fix it with a finger.

If you are still interested in the ingredients:

Do I recommend it?Hell no!
