There are some products that you hold in your hands and feel that they are of dope quality. I mean it! Glam Glow face masks, all the Victoria’s Secret stuff. And the same comes to Tom Ford makeup.
I can’t describe that feeling, this is just how I feel it.😄
So now, let’s get to the point. We’ll speak about the Tom Ford duo Cream and Powder Eye Colors in the shades Golden Peach and Naked Bronze. At first, I bought only the Golden Peach one, when Black Friday sales made me purchase the Naked Bronze as well.
The Cream and Powder Eye Color features a Base Eye Color and Eye Color for warm-weather looks. The ultra-pigmented, metallic cream shadow glides on a rich, molten glow. The sparkling celestial powder intensifies your eyes with alluring shimmer.
Size: 7 ml
The compact here is double: the upper part houses a mirror and the pressed shimmering dry powder, while the lower case offers the gentles cream formula. At first, they recommend to apply the cream base and then set it with the shimmering eyeshadow.
The cream shades are of awesome quality. They are so easy to pick up with a brush and blend out on my skin. Fantastic!
The pigmentation is out of this world! Have you seen those promos with celebrities’ faces shining brightly in soft lights? These shades will do this for you! My eyes instantly become brighter, more deep-toned and so sparkling, as though I recently came out of a pool and there are still some water drops left on my eyes, glowing in the sun. I don’t use the shimmering shades on a daily basis because they make the cream shadows look different. When I wear the cream Golden Peach alone, the color looks warm and pinker, while the Naked Bronze is more brown and golden.

The shimmers are semi-sheer and they are dusty in texture. They fall out on my skin during application, which is no surprise. At the same time, the cream undertone remains the same. If I wear them alone, they look like chunky transparent sparkles on my skin.

I can remember when I was a schoolgirl, my mom presented me with some cream eyeshadows and that was the moment when I realized that I would never ever buy a cream eyeshadow for me again. But time was passing by and now Tom Ford made me forget about my promise and made me fall in love with their formula. I have some other dope eyeshadows from Urban Decay and Huda Beauty, but the pigment there doesn’t seem to be so saturated and long-wearing as here!
I’ll definitely repurchase.
Soon, I’m going to buy the hyped Sphinx shade for me. 😉
