I finally bought the hyped Born This Way Concealer!
The packaging is so beautiful beginning from the outer package (that I didn’t keep) to the tube itself.
Usually the golden writing starts fading pretty quickly, making the tube look shabby and unpresentable. However, this product looks like new, although I’ve been using for about 6-7 months now.
I picked up the lightest shade Fairest. Yep, it’s just a tad too light for my skin, but I chose this shade for a reason. I wanted to get a brightening effect like that of Kim Kardashian.
It’s available in 16 tones, which is great. You can even take the darkest shade and use it for contouring.
The applicator is very nice to use and the best type for me.
I appreciate that I can spread it out on all the areas I need without smearing my fingers. After applying I blend it out with a damp sponge.

About hydration: I totally agree with the claims. I have dry skin under my eyes, but this concealer hydrates my skin and I can feel it all day, even though I powder these areas after application.
I apply it in a V-shape and spread it out towards my temples.

Well, it doesn’t cover up my dark circles completely. BTW the dark circle under my right eye is more intense than that under my left eye.
It brightens my under eye area perfectly and refreshes my look pretty well.
Also, it seems to me that it visually lifts my cheekbones. This is exactly what I wanted from this product.
It creases and settles in my fine lines a little bit more than, for ex., Guerlain MULTI-PERFECTING Concealer.

It wears pretty well throughout the day. If I additionally blend it out and use a setting powder to avoid creasing, I don’t have any issues with it during the day.
I loved this concealer, because it does what it promises to me.
More than that, you can use it not only for your under eye area, but also for the bridge of your nose or corners of your mouth to visually lift them up.
