Hello! Packaging I want to start off saying that this babe is actually a liquid highlighter. It’s got a see-through glass tube with a soft felt-tipped applicator. The applicator looks like a regular one from a lip gloss but this one is definitely bigger. I find it handy to use for my face makeup.
