I love and respect the YVES SAINT LAURENT products. There are many of them that I’ve tried once and keep buying again and again. But sometimes it happens that I become disappointed with the product. And this is what actually happened with the YVES SAINT LAURENT LE TEINT TOUCHE ECLAT foundation.

The magic light of Touche Éclat in the 1st radiance awakening foundation by YSL Beauty. More fatigue-defying and better flawless coverage than ever.

Enriched with the stimulating power of Ruscus Extract, the anti-fatigue formula energizes skin by stimulating micro-circulation and targeting dullness to instantly improve skin brightness and luminosity. Vitamin E protects against free radicals. Formulated with SPF 22 to provide sun protection, it leaves a weightless finish while offering eight hours of a refreshed, radiant look.

8 hours of beauty sleep in a drop. A bestselling foundation, now in an advanced formula, that reduces the look of fatigue and creates flawless medium coverage.

  • The design is gorgeous. The packaging looks stylish and posh.

  • the scent to the product is beautiful and unobtrusive

  • B20 shade is so good for my fair complexion

  • the texture is uber lightweight

  • the staying power is okay only if I set the product with powder

My skin before the foundation application

My skin after

  • Well, the coverage is average. The product doesn’t hide any well visible blemishes

  • While application it was rather tough for me to get rid of the product streaking (it took me a lot of time to apply it evenly. This isn’t good, especially in the morning when I’m in a hurry)

  • In my opinion the product flatters only normal skin type. If your skin is dry, it’ll accentuate flaking. On the other hand if your skin is oily, the product will disappear in an hour or so, or it’ll look awfully oily.

  • If I take a closer look, I can see the product on my face. It looks like a mask (I’m not sure if you can see it in the photos)

  • From the distance my skin looks good and like lit from within

  • the product is non-comedogenic

  • It’ll be good winter foundation

  • The foundation is easy to remove with micellar water or face wash

Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Glycerin, Dimethicone, PEG-10, Dimethicone, Sorbitol, Bis-PEG/PPG-14/14 Dimethicone, Dimethicone/Polglycerin-3 Crosspolymer, Sodium Chloride,, Phenoxyethanol, Caprytyl Glycol, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Discdium Stearoyl Glutamate, Ethylhexylgycerin, Fragrance, Aluminum Hydroxide, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Dipropylene Glycol, Isotridecyl Isononanoate. May contain: Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides, Bismuth Oxychloride.

I wouldn't recommend this product for buying, as it doesn’t perform for the money that it costs. But if you are curious and really want to try out the so popular and legendary product, then of course it’s up to you to decide.

Thank you for your attention Smile
