These are my first high end nail products. And I want to say that there are a lot of reasons to love these nail varnishes by the Illamasqua brand.
The first one is Raindrops--the legend in a bottle. It’s of a wonderful grayish gel consistency with teeny pieces of shimmer. Even with two coats it looks semi-transparent. That’s why some people prefer to apply three, but I like the porcelain effect when my nails look almost transparent.
It applies perfectly well and doesn’t drip on my cuticle. This nail varnish evens out my nail plate. It dries very quickly, but still I use a quick drier. It stays hard for four days, and then I remove it.

My second nail varnish is the summery and positive Radium. It’s an intense color of green with an abundance of silver shimmer. It’s amazing that the silver shimmer can seem turquoise in some light.
This one didn't turn out very good. It becomes thick very quickly and drips under my cuticle. But on my nails it looks mega-cool. It’ll definitely catch everybody’s attention outside. The staying power of this is about three to four days.
By the way, while reading the reviews, I was really surprised when the girls wrote that the nail varnish's cap was too big and square. Girls, the big and square cap can be taken off. Under it, there’s a small, round and convenient one 
I was impressed by the Illamasqua nail varnishes. I received Radium as a present, but ordered Raindrops online and had to wait a bit for my order to arrive. But it’s worth every dollar and minute of waiting.
I hope to continue getting to know this brand and its nail products, as all their colors, polishes and varnishes are amazing and sophisticated.
