I write negative reviews very rarely, you know. Somehow I get frustrated when I have to write about something that doesn’t meet my expectations. Therefore, I prefer to write about my faves. But not today . Today I’ll be ranting and raving about the unreasonably high price and the questionable quality of this product. But first things first.
This review is devoted to Max Factor Glossfinity in 120 Disco Pink.

How to use
- First remove any oils by buffing or wiping your nails with polish remover.
- After applying the base coat, brush one stroke of polish down the centre of your nail and a stroke either side.
- Leave a slight gap along the outer edges of your nail to make your nails appear longer.
- Wait for 10 minutes, then apply a second coat.
- Paint polish over your nail edges and undersides to seal the tips. Use a top coat to finish to make your polish last longer.
Fortunately, I did not buy this lacquer at full cost, as I received it in a beauty box. At first, I was very excited about it. I wanted to try it so much! The manufacturer promises up to 7 days of stunning durability! How much time you can save! And what a rich palette of shades! "Not bad, I thought, a great alternative to a gel manicure, which I do not like so much!"
I have to admit that it was the price that had always stopped me from buying Glossfinity nail polishes. In the beauty box I found it in 120 Disco Pink. It is a bright pink, an ideal option for a warm season or whenever you want your manicure to stand out.
Appearance: the nail polish comes in a 11 ml rectangular glass bottle. I liked the gold inscriptions on the bottle. Quite stylish, laconic design. I can say that outwardly it seemed to be quite an impressive nail product.
Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Adipic Acid / Neopentyl Glycol / Trimellitic Anyhydride Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Stearalkonium Bentonite, Sucrose Acetate Isobutyrate, Acrylates Copolymer, Mica, N-Butyl Alcohol, Styrene / Acrylates Copolymer, Benzophenone-1 , Silica, Dimethicone, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Trimethylpentanediyl Dibenzoate, Alcohol Denat, Polyvinyl Butyral, Alumina, Tin oxide, [+/- CI77891, CI77000, CI77491, CI77266, CI19140].
Brush: thin, dense and long. Basically, it’s pretty convenient.
Color: cold pink, fuchsia. Bright, playful, and cheerful.
Pigmentation: the nail polish is highly pigmented, covers the nail plate just in one coat. However, for a more beautiful result it’s recommended to apply two layers.
Texture: rather watery, I have to touch the neck of the bottle with the brush again and again to get rid of the excess. Honestly, it's a little annoying.
Properties: when applied quickly the nail polish leaves no streaks, sometimes it does leave bubbles, though.
Drying: the Glossfinity dries quickly, 15 minutes is enough for it to harden. But I always use a nail polish dryer to save time and get a flawless manicure.
Removal: it removes effortlessly.
Lasting power: huh ...it’s just pathetic. On my nails the nail lacquer lasts 2 days maximum. I do not know why, but I am not happy with 2 days, when the manufacturer promised it would last up to 7 days. On the second day, the nail polish was chipped at the fingertips. By the evening, the situation was even worse.
♥ I tried to make friends with this nail polish several times, I really did. And every time I found an excuse: "Yes, I have probably washed an extra plate, maybe I have blotted an extra cutlet or washed my hands again." Hmm, no. There were days when I was giving up my household chores, but the result was just the same. Therefore I can say that the manufacturer brazenly deceived me. The quality is too bad for such a price. I am disappointed.
♥ Every time, my manicure lasted no more than one day. And then it turned into a pumpkin. On the second day - it was chipped, sometimes even in large pieces. What a scoundrel...
♥ Before writing this review, I read other reviews on the Internet, which I can classify into "very good" and "very bad". Apparently, everything depends on the specific shade. In this case, I was not very lucky. Shade 120 Disco Pink is beautiful, but there is nothing to praise, except color and gloss.
- ♧ The main advantage of this nail polish is the beautiful color. But believe me, there are millions of such shades in the market.
- ♧ The nail polish really has a fancy gloss, that’s true. The shade is stunning.
- ♧ The lasting power is too bad for the price. It’s certainly less than 7 days. Also, the nail polish is rather thin and can bubble.
- ♧ Max Factor Glossfinity is just a regular nail polish with many drawbacks. Is it worth its money? Definitely not! There are too many nail polishes that are better yet cheaper.
