Hi everyone!

Recently I fell for Korean skincare products. The first things I bought were: a cleanser, toner and a snail cream. After that I purchased eye cream, mask and so on and so forth Smile

And now I’d like to tell you about the Baking Powder cleansing foam or rather about my impressions.

I have this product in 50 ml. The design is different from the tube with 30 ml and 150 ml, but the name is the same. It’s ETUDE HOUSE Baking Powder BB Deep Cleansing Foam.

Where to buy?

You can grab it at most of the online shops that have Korean cosmetics.

Price: $10-12

Volume: 50 ml

Shelf life: 12 months

On the back it looks like this:

The BB cream deep cleansing foam removes small dead skin cells and impurities from pores with fine baking powder as primary cleansing and cleanses away stubborn dead skin cells and adhering BB cream with plant-derived rice bran powder as secondary cleansing.

There is also a sign that says that we should avoid eye contact:

Ingredients:

Water, Myristic Acid, Glycerin, Potassium Hydroxide, Stearic Acid, Silica, Peg-32, Glycol Distearate, Glyceryl Stearate, Peg-100 Stearate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran, Disodium Edta,Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Benzoate, Peg-14M, Fragrance

I’ve been using this cleanser for 2 months now, but I don’t remember how it was packed. Something is wrong with my memory…

It has a twist off top:

The product is creamy and white.

It smells very pleasant. It has a floral and citrus scent, which is hardly noticeable.

For whom?

This foam is meant for people with sensitive and problem skin.

Suggested use:

Wet Face and dispense small amount onto hands. Lather and apply foam to face, gently massaging entire area. Wash and rinse thoroughly with warm water

I squeeze a pea-size amount:

And lather it in my hands.

After that I wash my skin, but it has to be primarily cleaned with micellar water.

My skin: I have combination dull skin with enlarged pores, some wrinkles, and occasional breakouts, which appear due to sweets mostly.

The baking powder is perceptible, but the particles are so soft and gentle that they neither scratch nor irritate my skin. I wash my face very carefully to avoid eye contact!

My skin feels squeaky clean after washing.

After that I dry my face with a towel and apply a toner, cream or emulsion.

After two months my skin got visibly better. The breakouts became less frequent, even though I eat the same amount of sweets.

I’m very pleased with the results! However, I think that the effect depends on many products used together. I mean it’s not only about the cleansing foam.

I’ll definitely repurchase it!

Pros:

  • cleanses my skin well

  • doesn’t dry out oily skin

  • a little goes a long way. I’ve used up about one fourth of the product after two months.

There are no cons for me.

Highly recommended!
