I keep on telling you about the Glossier products. Today we have the Mega Greens Galaxy Pack, which I really tried to love, though our love wasn’t reciprocal at all.

What does the product say:
Think of this as a juice cleanse for your face. Made with simple, natural ingredients, the Mega Greens Galaxy Pack balances and conditions pores while helping to calm skin. Using the gentlest, most nourishing creamy white kaolin clay, this cleansing face mask detoxifies by drawing out excess oil and impurities—leaving your face with a velvety-matte, clean finish. Beauty foods like vitamin-rich leafy greens and superfruit antioxidants deliver a potent dose of nutrients for when you need to press the reset button on your complexion. Basically, it does a lot of work, so you don’t have to.
Аllergy tested, dermatologist tested, appropriate for all skin types, appropriate for sensitive skin, fragrance free, paraben free, cruelty free, vegan.
If I were to put it short: this miracle mask is to cleanse, nourish, balance and perfect our skin. It suits all skin types, even the most sensitive. The formula is allergen-free.
I can say that my skin didn’t like this mask, as well as the skin of many other people who wrote negative reviews of it on the Glossier website.
So, let’s pass over to the directions of use. You should apply the product with a thick layer over your damp skin (!) and leave on for 20 minutes. After that rinse it with water. After this procedure they promise us that our skin will be as though praised with the godsend and you’ll dazzle unicorns with the healthy glow of your skin, making newborn babies cry with envy because of your skin being super soft and gentle.
immediately after the application
after drying out
And this is what happens in the reality: once I apply the mask over my skin, it starts burning. If you use this mask for the first time, be ready to face severe burning sensations over your skin. If your poor skin has already gotten used to such tortures, then the sensation will be more or less bearable for you. And I have to say that my skin is combo, which is prone to being oily. Can you imagine what could have happened with sensitive skin? I read the reviews where girls complained, saying that their skin was inflamed and bright red after using of this mask. I gave it several chances to work properly: I used to apply it in dots, I also tried different thicknesses of the layers with the product that I applied, but, honestly, I gave up. This is the last throw of the dice.
After
The product doesn't heal my skin, but on the contrary, it inflames my complexion a lot! If I applied the product in dots, then the mask revived all my pimples and made their life longer. And sometimes it could cause new pimples appearing at the same time. After using this product my skin feels irritated the entire day and it also feels like I have a greasy film all over my skin.
All in all, I guess that you take it that I don’t recommend this mask from Glossier for purchasing.
I beg you to leave this product unattended, no matter how cute it may look or what promises it has.
As an alternative, I can recommend the L'Oreal Pure Clay face mask, which is skin cleansing. It’s much better than this mask by Glossier.
