I’m a huge fan of micellar water face cleansing, and I could have never guessed that one day I’d fall for cleansing balms for makeup removing. Yes, guys, balms, not oils. They have really entered my skin care game and become a part of my everyday regimen. It feels like I have found the best option for me! I’ll tell you everything about it! So, keep on reading.
After the success of cleansing oils, which have become popular thanks to their ability to dissolve oil-based makeup products, like BB creams, for instance, smart Koreans came up with cleansing balms. Their schtick lies in their thick consistency, which really looks like a butter product. These balms are really more enjoyable and convenient to use.
Heimish All Clean Balm is a product for makeup removing and my skin, eyes and lips cleansing. The first thing that catches the eye is the packaging! Oh, it is gorgeous! Besides the classy design (come on, the jar will literally become a decoration of your bathroom shelf), the jar is absolutely thought-out. Open the flip top and you’ll see that the balm is protected with an additional inner lid. The jar also provides us with a spatula.
Ingredients list- It isn’t organic, though still really decent! It’s free from mineral oils and parabens. For 4 months of use the product hasn’t damaged my skin, or caused acne and other troubles.
The texture really reminds me of a stiff coconut oil. It’s thicker than of the Banila Co Clean It Zero, but more lightweight than of the CLINIQUE Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm. The product quickly starts melting because of my body warmth. By the way, the formula is fragranced. I find it pleasant.
Heimish All Clean Balm dissolves any makeup that I’m wearing easy-breezy, even if I’m wearing long-lasting products. At first I apply it all over my skin, then dissolve my eye makeup, after that I do my lips.
I don’t need much of it for one use. It’ll go a long way. I’ve been using it since this May 3-4 times a week and there’s still half of it left.
Results: my skin is absolutely clean and cotton soft! After this first step of my makeup removing, I usually use my favorite face gel or a cleanser to wash off the leftovers of the balm.
The price/quality ratio is excellent. Heimish All Clean Balm is genuinely my favorite! This balms wins over big Banila and Clinique blams because of many factors. All 5 stars are deserved and justified here! Thoroughly recommended!
