I can’t even imagine what my life would have been if there hadn't been that Korean man who actually came up with the idea of hydrogel under eye patches. How could we have gotten by without them? I can’t imagine my everyday skin care game without these little helpers.
I’ve already tried the patches by the following brands:

- Secret Key Pink Racoony Hydro Gel and Cheek Patch
It turned out that the Secret Key patches are not only the cutest out of all visually, but they are also the most effective and work for me. And when I heard that they released the new patches, I couldn't resist trying them out. And now I can boast and say that this is the third jar in my collection of the raccoon patches!

Design:
The Korean cosmetics has always been the cutest when it comes to the design. And I guess this is one of the reasons why it’s so hyped all over the world! It’s been so many times that I bought a product simply because I really liked the design of the packaging. And only after purchasing I used to question myself on whether the product was really effective. This isn’t only me doing that, right? Have you ever done the same?
So, now the raccoon is marine. And the background now looks green-ish with seaweed.
In general I can say that the design remained the same as of the previous raccoon launches.
The patches are placed into a round plastic jar. On the top lid you’ll find the picture of that same raccoon which has become so hyped among the Korean cosmetics lovers.
The top lid is airproof which is so important for the patches, as they are soaked with a special liquid which can evaporate if you don’t close it tightly. But it wouldn’t have been a Korean product if they didn't add the inner liner for additional protection or air getting in.
There are so many other manufacturers all over the globe who simply do not care about the additional protection of this of that product, aren’t there? I wish they would just do the same as the Korean manufacturers one day.
As many other patches, here they also placed a scooper for taking the patches out. You see, it’s very important to take the patches out with this spatula, as there’s a risk of damaging them with your nails.

The list of ingredients is just full of different wholesome extracts and components. And of course there’s collagen here, as it’s the most welcoming ingredient in cosmetic products. Nowadays everybody wants to look young and fresh and there’s nobody who wants to look aging. And here, the collagen is the best friend of ours.
Patches:
I used to think that the Secret Key patches usually lack of the essence that they are actually soaked with. But I was absolutely stunned when I opened this green raccoon jar! The patches were literally swimming around the liquid! I’m so happy that the manufacturers took a cue from their customers!
The Marine Racoony patches have a “droplet” shape, which is the same as of the Petitfee patches. I know that this shape is the most advantageous and comfortable for me.
Out of the all patches that I’ve ever had, I can say it for sure that these are the most beautiful ever!
First of all I’m charmed by the green color that they have! It’s so important for me, especially in spring when everything blossoms, to see the green color that will make me feel absolutely happy.
Secondly, if you look closer at them, you’ll see small golden particles on the surface. This is the very Colloidal Gold which is listed in the ingredients.
Use:
Even though the patches are mainly for the under eye area, you can use them on different parts of your face. You can also apply them between your eyebrows or over fine lines.
I’m more into the under eye application. Thanks to the droplet shape you can apply them the following way:

Both options will be right actually. As for me, I like the second option best of all.
You see, the patches glide off my face during the first minutes after the application because of too much liquid in them. So, get ready to place them back from time to time. Within a few minutes, they’ll set better and won’t be gliding off anymore.
It’s better to apply them for 20 or 30 minutes. I like watching some series at that time. This way the time flies. Moreover there are no discomforting feelings while wear at all.
On the contrary I can feel the cooling sensation which is so marine-like and refreshing.
Result:
Unlike of the Petitfee patches, the green raccoon gives immediate results and improvement of my skin. Those black patches give good moisture, while the Marine Racoony gives visual results!
I can see that my under eye skin becomes evened out. The fine lines and wrinkles become less obvious and in general the look is more fresh.
Of course the wrinkles evening out effect doesn’t last long. If only it was really long, I presume we would have thrown out all the other cosmetic products immediately.
These patches also give good moisture to my skin! I can see how supple and smooth it looks. I can even feel it when I touch my skin.
But the most important thing why I love using these patches is the decreased puffiness which I usually suffer from in the morning. The Marine Racoony really helps me to enliven my skin, making me look as though I had a good 8-hour sleep at night.
Overall:
- the patches are richly soaked with the liquid-essence. Out of all the three raccoon patches that I’ve tried, these ones are the most richly filled with the liquid. It automatically means that they have the most content of the wholesome components.
- they have a very convenient droplet shape. I’ve tried many patches by different brands and this shape is just the best.
- the patches really take care of my skin and let it look (not very long though) beautiful and fresh!
