Let me start off by saying that I love powdery scents. In my mind, they are linked with luxury: glasses of sparkling wine, diamonds, spotlights and Hollywood beauties. My eye twitches every time I read something like ‘old lady’s perfume’ in a review on a powdery fragrance.

This fragrance doesn’t make me think of youth or first love. No. My love is mature, meaningful and incredibly sensual.

Five stars for the design.
It’s been launched in 2010, and it was the year we met. So we’ve been completely happy for 8 years now, and I’m sure our love will last for many more.
What do I smell? I cannot smell separate notes, because this fragrance is so solid. I can only describe it as a soft high end powder in a female bower, gentle lilacs and milky rice with musty notes.
But I don’t smell honey or a heavy suffocating perfume for old ladies. When I read such reviews, I wonder if we use the same perfume. But anyway, we are all different, and so are our impressions.
So, for whom would this fragrance suit? I think it would match a self-confident lady who is not afraid of difficulties and who’s always surrounded by suitors.
Is this an everyday fragrance? I don’t think so. It may feel heavy on a hot day. It may even be suffocating for those who prefer light fruity scents. But I think fans of powdery sillages will really appreciate this fragrance. And of course, this perfume will be an ideal final touch for a gorgeous evening look.
Lasting power: Simply incredible. It lingers on my skin from dawn till dusk. On my clothes, it can stay even after a wash. That’s fantastic.
The sillage is really strong. I mean really. Be careful. Two sprays is enough, otherwise you may end up having migraines and being hated by those around you.
My personal rating: 5 stars. That’s true love, from first sight, from the first sniff. Totally recommended.
