I’m head over heels with Jo Malone perfumes, not about each one but I love many of them. In 2018 they released their new perfume which is called Jo Malone Honeysuckle & Davana. At once, I became super curious about it.
So now, it’s time to share my thoughts about it with you.

If you know the Jo Malone products, then you know that they always come packed with the same ribboned fair boxes.
As for the bottle with the product, it’s see-through and made of thick glass. There are 2 sizes of bottles available - 1 oz and 3.4 oz.
From me, I can state that this perfume doesn’t stand out with any of its features, I mean the design. But I can’t help but mention the elegance of the bottle in general.

The spray of the bottle works well even some time after purchasing. It sprays the aroma with a thick and cuddling cloud, which is already big enough from the first use. Usually, 3 sprays are enough for me to make the perfume detectable.
I like this feature because I have some aromas, which I have to spray 2 times more, which makes it so wasteful.

Literally the first spray already cuddles me with bright and fruit notes, which are really vibrant yet not too chasing at the same time.
I love the top note here. It stays on for about 15-20 minutes, revealing the heart notes after that. By the way, the heart notes are no way worse and are also really charming.

Honeysuckle
The heart note is more floral and pleasantly sweet.
I also love how honeysuckle and rose notes blend here, which bring middle notes up.
The floral aroma doesn't feel chemical and all the flowers here are really bright and cuddling.
Base note:
Moss

The base of this perfume rocks my socks off. I always try to enjoy it to the fullest.
The aroma feels earthy and so nice!
The perfume is very warm and wooden-like.
I wish the base notes were more active and never lose their concentration.
❗ How to use this perfume?
I use it almost every day. 3 sprays are enough for the bright aroma, which won’t give the people around me a headache.
It can be used alone as well as mixed with other Jo Malone fragrances. But if you do want to mix them, be careful so as not to ruin the aromas.
❗What season will be best for?
Even though this fragrance is floral, I still find it perfect for the fall and winter times.
It brightens my gray days with its colors so beautifully.
The aroma opens up nicely at that time, which is bright and beautiful in my book.
❗Who will it suit?
Jo Malone Honeysuckle & Davana will be a great option for young girls, I think (this is my own opinion). Yet, if you’re older, you can also try it out and decide whether it’ll suit you or not.
❗Lasting power:
It’s average and it stays on till the midday. After that, I have to apply it again.
I would also like to highlight its sillage. The aroma doesn’t fill in the entire place but still, people have the chance to feel those warm and bright notes.
