It is winter yet there is a really warm sun outside my window. The cold and spring-like weather inspires me to share my thoughts about my current favorite that reminds me of such weather.
Here is my favorite scent. I would call it sweet, gentle, sexual, girlish and playful. By the way, I love the sleek and stylish bottle. It’s very beautiful and so fragile-looking.
The fragrance is best suitable for young girls that pursue their ambitions and aims very rapidly. It is not good for the office or school, because it’s perfect for evening walks by the moon and dates in spring.
La Vie Est Belle L’Eau de Toilette Floral has the following notes:
Middle Note: Sparkling Iris, & Osmanthus
Base Note: Gourmand Accords
I can feel Patchouli, rose, jasmine, orange and musk very clearly. Honestly, these are my favorite notes. I’m a huge fan of Pink Sugar Aquolina, Luna Nina Ricci and Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 Pour Elle Sparkling Lacoste, so if you like them, you will probably love this scent too.
If you had the original LVEB, then you know that the fragrance is very potent, heavy, thick and syrupy sweet. Those who have are divided into two groups: those who love and those who hate this scent.
Therefore the perfumers Dominique Ropion and Anne Flippo created a lighter floral-fruity version of the original perfume.
The fragrance is long-lasting and my clothes smell of it till I wash them. It’s very thick, so a single pump will be enough. I wouldn’t recommend you use it in summer and especially in public! Think about yourself and people around you, because the scent will be suffocating. It’s perfect for cold weather. It makes my day and makes me feel more confident. Generally speaking, keep it for some special occasions!
The range in general is not for everybody’s liking, but I can definitely say that all fragrances are unique here. Thanks for your attention!
