I love perfumes, as they play a big part in my life. We perceive people differently, depending on the fragrance they wear, maybe it has something to do with body chemistry, and it’s really important to find your signature scent!Once, when I was shopping in a beauty store, looking for a new fragrance, I asked a consultant for help. She suggested this or that scent, and in the end I was almost tired of this, and then she recommended the scent she wore. It was really unusual and unique. Well, black is always classy, isn’t it? When you hold this box in your hands, you feel how simple yet stylish and expensive it is. Inside, we can find a flask (even though the opening note of the perfume is coffee). And...it’s black again, with glitters that you feel when touching the bottle. There is a see-through window to see how much perfume is left.
Usually I opt for smaller bottles with 1 fl. oz. I’d better have a few perfumes for different seasons or occasions.
In my opinion, it’s more for cold seasons, because this fragrance is potent, sweet and spicy, and therefore choking in the summer. Also, it’s not for small rooms or the office; I’d recommend to wear this fragrance only in big rooms: to the mall, restaurant etc.
Black Opium is not for teenage girls. There is no lightness or innocence to it; it’s rich and spicy. And yet at the same time, it makes me want to wrap myself in a duvet and drink a cup of hot coffee with my favorite book in my lap.
This perfume is not like the others, it’s truly outstanding.
There is a minus, though. It doesn’t last long. So if you’re going out for a whole day, you’d better put it in your bag.
