Scalp scrubs are no longer a novelty and they help to massage and thoroughly cleanse the scalp.
However, this product from Christophe Robin really surprised me and now I can see why it’s among the list of faves of many people.

Aroma
Minty with rose notes. It isn’t potent and doesn’t stay on my hair.
Consistency
The paste is thick with exfoliating bits in it.

Color
Brown. When I first used it, the consistency seemed weird.

However, once I added some water to it, the product started to lather and those bits dissolved gradually.

Spending
At first, it feels like the jar would be enough to use for 2-3 times but then you realize that it’ll go a very long way and you don’t have to use a lot of it. Just a nail-sized drop is enough. So I conclude that spending is minimal.

Use
I apply the product on my wet scalp and massage it.
During the use, the paste and its bits turn into a nice foam.
This foam is enough to wash my hair.
In the end, I don’t have anything stuck in my hair. The paste turns into foam fully and rinses with water.

My impressions of use
First of all, my scalp feels clean and fresh.
Secondly, my hair is more voluminous at the roots yet not too dry.
Thirdly, my hair remains clean for a longer time. 2-3 times longer.

In the fourth place, I want to note my hair volume. During the day, I can run my fingers through my hair and get my volume back.
The fifth is the fact that the product doesn’t leave anything behind but foam. No micro-plastic beads that may clog my pipes.
Christophe Robin Cleansing Volumizing Paste review
Even though it has clay in the ingredients, my scalp isn’t dry after use. Everything is nice and comfortable with this paste.

Once I have a chance, I’ll definitely repurchase. I also want to try the Christophe Robin mask with lemon.
