The GLOV Hydro Demaquillage gloves are very popular nowadays. Some people are dreaming of trying them out, while some have already tried and I’ve been using mine for three weeks already. Now I’m ready to share my experience with it.
The secret lays in the fibers. Made with microtechnology, GLOV fibers are 30 times thinner than a cotton pad and 100 thinner than a human hair. Their electrostatistic abilities absorb all makeup like a magnet till you wash the GLOV. GLOV fibres are antibacterial in their nature so they are always safe for you during the 3 months of usage. The skin remains clean and refreshed.
There are three different types of the gloves: GLOV Comfort, GLOV On-The-Go and GLOV Quick Treat.
The first is the biggest one. It’s made in the shape of a square towel. The second looks like a glove to put on your fingers, except the thumb.
And the last one is to put only on the index finger. It’s the smallest and I have mine in this size. GLOV Quick Treat
was packed in a white cardboard box. Inside there was an instruction guide to follow.
The glove is very soft to the touch like the softest microfiber cloth. It’s very pleasant not only to use but also to hold in the hands.
On one of the sides there’s a small tab to hang the glove to dry. It dries out completely overnight.
The use of the product is very simple: just wet it with warm water and remove your make-up as though using a cotton pad soaked with micellar water.
Don’t rub your skin from one side to another! Use only gentle swipes and dabbing motions.
The GLOV product removes everything - mascara, eye shadows, eye pencils. It’s a mystery for me but I just don’t understand how it washes off my make-up without smudging it and making me look like a panda? You can also use this glove to remove lip products, powders and any other face products.
They advise to wash the glove with a solid soap, okay then. All the products wash off easily and in the morning the glove looks brand new.
The GLOV product is extremely convenient and pleasant to use to remove makeup. It can be used at home, as well as while travelling. It doesn’t require any special product to be washed with, just water and soap. I also think that it’s a must for people with sensitive eyes and those wearing contacts.
