A few months ago I was looking at this palette and thinking, if it was really worth its money, did I really need it? Of course I did! The whole YouTube community is singing the praises about how great this one is.
So, in the end, I actually bought the long desired Anastasia Beverly Hills contour kit (light to medium)
So, the palette is of cardboard, which closes with magnets and, alas, there’s no mirror (because you should contour your face at home). The size of refill pans: 3g and there are 6 of them. The compact size of the palette itself makes it irreplaceable for everyday use. The advantage of this palette is in the refills: if you want you can put them into some other palette, or supplement if one is over.
The products by ABH are very fine-grained (that’s why they are very easy to blend). They are nicely pigmented, the staying power is good, versatile color range, easy to use and, of course, great quality.
In the Anastasia Beverly Hills palette there are six great shades: three of them are fair - Vanilla, Banana and Sand aimed for highlighting of some parts of the face. And three dark ones for contouring Java, Fawn and Havana.
And now about each color:
-Vanilla is matte color with pink undertone
-Banana is matte with yellow undertone
-Sand is pink with pearl color (my favorite highlighter)
-Java is warm brown with a little bit of red undertone
-Fawn is my favorite cool brown which suits 100% fair-skinned girls
-Havana is warm brown with red undertone, my bronzer for summer.
The make-up I do with the help of ABH palette stays with me till the moment I remove it and still looks fresh and beautiful. You should definitely buy this palette if you have the opportunity. The product is really cool.
