Today I share my thoughts about a liquid eyeliner that I’ve been using for about 4 months now and I can state with complete certainty that it works as well as if it was new.
This eyeliner is definitely worth praising and raving about. I’d like to thank the manufacturer for this. I was actually surprised that there are no reviews about this product here, so I wanted to change that and decided to tell you my story about my go-to in every makeup bag!
The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer highlighter was such a knock-out for me that now I want to purchase every single product of this brand
I’ve already tossed the packaging in the garbage, but it looked really cute. The design was bright and had some cartoon girls inspired by the Pin Up style.
The eyeliner itself looks classy and has a felt-tip applicator. The design is typical of the brand. The tube is black and the lower part of it looks the same as the packaging I’ve thrown away.

I prefer using felt-tip and liquid eyeliners. Yes, felt-tip liners are very comfortable to use, especially for newbies, but I get more precise and skinny lines with this product, because it has a very thin and sharp tip and an awesome finish.
This eyeliner is perfect for me, not only because of the great staying power and quality, but due to this gorgeous MATTE FINISH! I’ve been longing to create such an effect on my eyes for so long. The lines are incredibly beautiful and literally velvet-like after using this eyeliner
The product is only available in the black color. I wish there were more of them.
The eyeliner is highly-pigmented, so there is no need to layer it, which is quite a rare occasion for black liners.
The texture is liquid enough and not thick. It doesn’t bleed or set into fine lines. Moreover, it doesn’t smudge or transfer onto the lower or upper eyelid. It lasts all day and doesn’t fade, which is the most important thing! The only gripe I have about it that it’s not waterproof despite the manufacturer’s promises. It removes both from my hands and from my eyes under streaming water with ease. It works well throughout the day, because nothing smears in the least bit!
It dries out on my eyelid very quickly, even if I open my eyes straight away. The eyeliner doesn’t transfer onto my eyelid. As for the applicator tip, it’s actually quite hard to use. It requires some time to get used to it and draw precise and skinny lines!
The product is no doubt worthy. It’s a little bit pricey, but it lasts for quite a while, so it’s a total steal. Moreover, it doesn’t dry out in the tube.
