Hello, pretty ladies! Smile

My love for Becca brand expands with any product that I try from them, so I’m always very happy when I have a chance to test something new. Today, we’ll talk about Becca Soft Light Blurring Powder.

The design is beautiful. It appears as an iced square. It’s a see-through plastic with the branded logo on the cap.

Despite the beautiful design, the compact isn’t handy to use, alas.

It’s rather bulky and room-taking. Besides, it isn’t travel-friendly because the sifter and puff have no inner liner between them.

That might not be so critical but such minor things actually form the impression of the product.

Size - 10g

Made in the USA

By the way, I’d like to comment upon the size and the packaging. My all-time go-to powder from Caron is approximately the same size as this powder. But Caron offers 30g of the product. That is 3 times more!

As for the texture of this powder, it’s soft and the mill is fine. It applies to my skin with a lightweight veil. The main purpose of this powder is to set my makeup because I can’t see any significant mattifying properties from it. And yeah, it never said it was mattifying.

Becca Soft Light Blurring Powder offers 2 shades to choose from: Pink Haze and Golden Hour.

The first one is pink and I guess it’ll flatter anyone with pale skin. The second color has a golden undertone and will suit sun-kissed or swarthy skin tones more.

The powder is infused with the finest shimmer. It is a little bit detectable on the skin, especially in the sun.

Aside from setting my makeup, this powder also blurs my skin, erasing the pores and skin texture. The finish is so Insta-friendly.

My camera can’t always automatically focus on my face when I wear this powder.

Becca Soft Light Blurring Powder doesn’t accentuate my flaking skin but it can define peach hair. The finish is satiny and it’s so natural and beautiful. You’ll love it if your skin is normal or dry. However, if it’s oily, you might find it too glowing.

Usually, I apply such powders all over my face, even though my skin is mixed and oily shine prone in my T-zone.

I can see that oily sheen peeking through after midday, within 4-6 hours of wearing.

The staying power in my T-zone is above average, while on my dry skin patches till the moment I remove my makeup.

Despite my peach hair defining and not-the-most-convenient packaging in the world, I still love this Becca Soft Light Blurring Powder.

It’s usually compared with the hyped Meteorites from Guerlain but in my book, they show different results on the skin.

The powder from Весса definitely wins the show, even though I still love and keep on using the Meteorites from Guerlain for years.

If your skin is dry/normal and you’re looking for a powder that will blur and glow your skin from within, then I can highly recommend this Becca Soft Light Blurring Powder.

Price - $38

Thanks for your attention! Be beautiful and have an enjoyable shopping day! Wink
