Hello there!

Today, when I got the second tube of this product, I decided that it was high time to write a review of it.

I love weightless coverage. My skin is mixed, more dry, I’d say.

And expecting my last summer vacation, I decided to buy a super lightweight tinted moisturizer. I opted for the one from Bobbi Brown.

The tube seemed handy, the SPF inclusion, plus promised moisture pushed me for purchasing.

I have it in the shade Medium Tint.

  • SPF 15

  • Size - 50ml

  • Shelf life - 12 months (mine is almost expired already, as well as used up)

So, let’s pass over to the product’s characteristics.

First, a few words about myself: 29 yo, mixed skin type, which is more prone to dryness. I can’t say that it’s blemished. I love weightless and medium coverage. I appreciate natural and satin finishes.

  • Even though I bought this product for the summer, I still find it perfect for the inter-season. You see, the formula may appear too moisturizing for the boiling hot weather. But it’s ideal for the cool season. In winter, I love it more when my foundation is thicker.

  • It can be applied over non-primed skin (even without a moisturizer) because the formula is already hydrating enough.

  • The packaging is handy: it’s lightweight and it won’t break down. One downside, which I discovered now when the product is almost used up - it’s tricky to get it to come out, so I can’t control the amount coming out and usually overdo it. Hence, my skin looks blurry in the pictures.

  • I can apply it easy-breezy with my fingers, even without a mirror.

  • I don’t set it with a powder. My dry textured products blend out over it with ease.

  • The tint is lightweight, so it looks like my skin but better in the end.

  • The aroma is pleasant but it is quick to disappear.

  • It goes a long way - I pair it with another product and this tube was enough to use for 6 months.

  • It won’t go well with oily skin.

  • It may feel oily in the heat and travel a little bit. In that case, I just apply less of it.

  • It won’t cover up your skin blemishes, it’s just to smooth out your complexion. (In my opinion, the blemishes are to be concealed with correctors, not with a foundation).

Also the before and after shots.

By the way, there’s the full-on look lower. Smile

This moisturizer will be great for you if you’re seeking light coverage and moisture and your skin isn’t problematic or oily.

Thanks for your attention and have a pleasant shopping day! Smile
