This is the story about how I cheated on my favorite foundation from Clinique which is my trusty and decided to try out this Moisturizer from Bobbi Brown that is infused with SPF 15.
Actually, the sales rep advised me to buy it, even though she had no idea about my skin type or anything.

In fact, I was about to buy my favorite CLINIQUE Superbalanced Silk Makeup SPF15. However, my shade wasn't available and they advised me to opt for this “perfect for the summer” moisturizer.
The Bobbi Brown product has nothing to do with the one from Clinique. But I actually had to splurge a lot to find out.
My skin is of normal type and sometimes it can be a little bit oily in my T-zone. In summer my face is freckled, so I use SPF15.
before and after
Can you see the difference before and after the product application? I can’t.
I applied some product on the upper part of my one cheek. In the bottom part, I blended it out, while another cheek is still naked.
Bobbi Brown Nude Finish Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15 is just a plain fatty moisturizer that looks mask-esque on my face. It is detectable, I can feel it. Some time after the application, my skin starts shining with oil.
There’s no hint of coverage or tinting. My complexion doesn’t seem smoothed out or covered.

This product doesn’t suit me at all. Now it just lies somewhere about my vanity.
I guess it may be all right for you if your skin is dry but still, it isn’t worth splurging so much for a regular moisturizer with SPF15.

I can’t see any positive sides about it. One can easily find a better and more comfortable foundation that won’t be so detectable on the skin besides, it may cost less.
I can’t recommend this product from Bobbi Brown for purchasing.
If you still want to give it a try, just test it out on your skin and leave it on for some time. Don’t buy it at once, as I did.
P.S.
It took me several months to write this review. I had a chance to test it out in the heat and no, it’s not good for that. My skin was suffocating with it on, besides it was shining with oils so much.
In the fall it was okay to use but I couldn’t see any point in the sunscreen then. I also didn’t notice any mask-esque finish. My skin could become oily but only some time after application.
So, I wanted to give it 2 stars at the beginning but now I can see that it’s okay if I give it 3. I think it may flatter some of you, given that the condition is good.
As for me, it’s just a waste of money.
I’ll never repurchase!
