I bought this BB Cream because of my oily and blemish prone skin. I’ve always been on the lookout for a foundation which would make my skin a little bit drier.
And I’d say this one does its job. This BB Cream stays put for about 3-4 hours. It gives medium coverage with a satin finish. It conceals only little imperfections. I think as a BB Cream for problem skin, it should have better coverage. There is also no sun protection factor. On the one hand, it’s good because this BB Cream doesn’t clog my pores. On the other hand, I think we need a UV Shield anyway. But it’s up to you to decide what you need in a BB Cream, though.
Ingredients:
This BB cream is definitely for summer only, because when it’s cold, it can make flaking skin stand out.
A little bit goes a long way. You don’t have to apply too much, otherwise it may end up looking like a dark mask on your face, due to its thick formula. Texture-wise, this BB Cream can be compared to a concealer.
The coverage it gives is not enough. Tiny imperfections start to appear in two hours after application. I think such BB Creams must give a better coverage.
The formula is really thick. Not everybody would like its tea tree smell. And of course this BB cream cannot replace a daily moisturizer, despite all those beneficial ingredients it contains.
Pros: doesn’t cause breakouts, makes skin a bit drier, and adapts to the natural skin tone.
