I’d tried so many foundations of different price ranges, until I discovered my favorite ones: Becca and Bobbi Brown. I decided to find a similar product on budget and came across Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Gel.
The design is quite vivacious -a thin bottle with a red cap and berries on the label. The pump dispenser is pretty good, it releases the perfect amount to cover half the face. I suppose it must prevent you from applying too much foundation.
Ingredients:
51 Vanille Clair is the lightest shade in the range, it has a yellow undertone. Actually, most shades in the line are quite dark with warm undertones and won’t suit those with pale skin.
The formula is gel and serum-like, with a light berry smell. I find it okay, but those with a heightened sense of smell may not like it.
Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Gel is a lightweight foundation, which I don’t feel on my skin. It applies easily, with brushes, sponges, and fingers. It provides a good coverage. It won’t cover up big flaws, though. It gives an awesome glow effect without too much shining. I like such foundations, so I adore this one.

Full makeup:
It doesn’t have any negative side effects on my skin. No drying out, pore clogging, or making dry patches stand out. Perfect!
Lasting power : every makeup product lasts on my skin pretty long, and Healthy Mix is no exception.
The only drawback is that it contains no SPF, but I have a great make-up base from MAC SPF 50, so I’m fine.
