Hello pretties! It’s fall now which means it’s time for changing weather and flamboyant colors. Naturally, I’m itchy to splurge on something to get my fall style and mood.
This Burberry Kisses Sheer has become that very purchase of mine that I was longing to have for several years.
About me: classy Snow White skin, pale with a pink undertone. Dark hair, eyelashes, and eyebrows. My skin is dry and super reactive. The same goes for my lips too. I almost don’t put on any makeup on a daily basis so I’m head over heels with natural and nude shades. My perfect nude color is very difficult to find because of my natural lip pigment that is rather bright and difficult to cover up.

The lightweight gel texture melts onto the lips with precision, delivering a shiny tint in just one swipe. Infused with our signature blend of rosehip, tea and lavender, it conditions lips with a sheer-shine finish.
Available in 28 shades that will flatter all complexions from gentle tones to vibrant full colour.
It was packed into a beige cardboard box with edging. It’s rough to the touch by the way. The front of it has the brand logo in gold. Also, the box offers some other info on the shelf life, application and ingredients.
When I open the box, I can see the plastic casing with the lipstick.
It’s glossy and looks expensive. Here, it’s cut with the branded check as all other products. The casing is glossy, as though hinting at not-actually-matte-in-finish lippie inside! The product closes with a click that only eases its use.

However, in my opinion, the glossy casing isn’t actually the best option for a lip product. You see, it’s so easy to mess up. You can see that in the pictures!The bottom part of the tube also has the shade number, name and fill weight.

As for the lipstick, it’s round with a perfect cut that is super for touch-ups on the go!The texture is creamy and pleasant for my lips! NOT TACKY, even though that must be odd for this formula. It almost doesn’t smell of anything, at least for me.

The ingredients list is enriched with natural and wholesome ingredients like camellia, rosehip, tea, lavender! Actually, these components are really far from the beginning first on the list but still, the formula works and hydrates my lips well.
The lipstick is fantastic for me, starting with its application and finishing with wearing!
The coverage isn’t stripey but smooth and so gliding on my lips! No feathering was noticed, which results in no bleeding!
About performance- One layer renders semi-sheer coverage with a slightly dewy finish while the second layer already reveals the thicker coverage with the same dewy finish which can be patted into more matte with your fingertips.

The staying power of this nude beauty is excellent. I can forget about touch-ups for another 3 hours of application unless I eat or drink anything. It may gather a little on my inner lip, forming a white film within an hour or an hour and a half of wearing but I won’t take off stars for that.
The fading is gradual. My lips are left moisturized and so pouty when it’s gone!
