I've tried tons of lip products and I run out of them very quickly. In every handbag, on every shelf I definitely have a lip product: balm, scrub, or lip oil. Today I want to tell you about my last purchase - lip oil.
I want to start by saying that I always loved Clarins lip glosses, and when, about one month and a half ago, I saw their beautiful tube with the lip oil, I just couldn’t pass by.
Clarins Eclat Minute oil can be used alone or applied over the lipstick giving it glossy finish.
In the collection there are 2 colors: honey (I opt for) and raspberry (I presume it’s limited if I’m not mistaken)
There’s a great amount of oils in the list of ingredients, which favorably affect lips.
Hazelnut oil nourishes, emollients and softens lips, visually increases lip volume.
Organic jojoba oil: nourishes the lips, gives them a sense of comfort and satin smoothness.
Mirabelle oil: protects the skin of the lips from dehydration, has softening effect.
I like the packaging very much, transparent tube with oil inside. The top closes tightly, so the oil will not leak out.

For the first time ever I saw such a strange applicator, a large spoon-shaped sponge. At first sight, I didn’t take it seriously and thought that it would be very inconvenient to apply the product with. But I was 100% wrong, as this applicator is absolutely ideal for even application of the product.
Texture-wise the product fully justifies its name. Oily thick consistency applies evenly on the lips and it doesn't get out of the lip contours and wrinkles. Visually, it evens my lips' surface and gives glossy finish.
On my lips I don’t make out this honey scent at all. The products is a little bit sticky, but I will not take away the star for it, as it’s absolutely logical.
Reading other girls’ reviews, I understood that the product is quite controversial. In my Instagram I asked you to tell your opinion about this product and there were many different points of view.
Some people say that the oil dries their lips, and the more they use it, the drier their lips become. While others really like the product. And I’m among the happy “others” group. The product doesn’t dry out my lips and, moreover, it moisturizes, nourishes them and gives volume.
I’m 100% delighted with it. The only thing I’m worried about is that it’ll run out very quickly. I use it very often, as texture-wise, the product is absolutely uneconomical.
