A few months, ago neon shades have become super hyped and trendy in makeup. Since I still haven’t found my Holy Grail neon eyeshadows, I opted for the neon Gel Liners from ColourPop. Packaging : it’s very cheap-looking. The refill leads are crooked and shattering around the casing.
