Hello there!
Recently, when I was looking through my makeup collection, I came to the conclusion that there weren’t any green or teal eyeshadows there. And that was actually the moment when I started to dream of having them. At that very time, my friends were going to order some items from the Colourpop official site. This was the website where I found the right palette for me with some of the favorite colors of mine like red and warm-toned shades. So now, here it is, my beautiful palette.
Let’s start with the general characteristics:
1. The palette is small, though it’s pretty heavy for such a size. The weight of each refill is 0.85g. It was delivered covered with a cardboard box, which looks exactly as the palette itself.
2. There is no mirror.
3. You can easily take any refill out, because they have a magnet base. That means you can place the colors in the order you’d like. Or you can always replace them to your magnet palette for your convenience.
The products are well pigmented.
I use the shades from the first row most of all for the first steps in my makeup.
Shooting star - it’s a matte red-ish shade which is great for the crease.
Magical - matte yellow shade, which will work well as the main color for the lids.
Star dust - rusty metallic shade, which I like using as an accent color for the lids. It’s better to use your finger or a wet brush to apply it.
Twinkle - metallic rose gold color.
All the shades were applied over my non-primed skin!
The second row looks more vibrant and interesting.
Sweet dreams - metallic champagne peach color. I like wearing it in the inner corners of my eyes.
Water bearer - matte dark teal shade. This is the color that has become the reason for me to buy this palette actually. It’s such a deep-toned beautiful shade. I like wearing it in the outer Vs.
Potion - matte brick shade. It’s a perfection for the blending of the outer Vs.
Spark - matte red shade. I can’t help buying red-toned eyeshadows. My love!
And the finishing third row.
Kaleidoscope - silver-green metallic shade. I looks beautiful if applied solo, as well as on top of the other shades, as an accent.
Elfish - matte warm-toned brown color. It’s the main color for the crease for me.
Moony - the only satin shade from the palette. It’s such a fair champagne color for the brow bone.
Mermaid boy - teal shade with some casting. I use it on top of the green shade to make it pop and look more vibrant.
Here I applied some shades over a primer. But it’ll be more correct to say a concealer.
You can see the difference in color, as well as in the coverage of the shades. Don’t forget that the base color will always affect an eyeshadow color anyways. Here my concealer works as a primer for me. And you can see the results. I’m so happy with them!

I really liked pairing teal and red shades in my makeup. I’ll keep on mixing the colors for some other combinations. And here’s the classy daytime makeup done with this palette.

Overall:
1. The palette is great for the money ($16 on the official site).
2. The pigmentation is killer.
3. The products have never creased on my hooded eyes.
4. The colors are very bright in the palette. They’ll be gorgeous for the summer.
I recommend you this palette if you’ve been dreaming of such shades.
Thank you for reading my post! Have a good day!
