Greetings, ladies!
Aside from the lip glosses passion I also fall for highlighters. There are more than 50 items now in my collection. But still, I can’t get enough of them. That’s why I keep on buying and testing new products, brands, textures and shades.
Today, I’m sharing my thoughts on the highlighter from the famous singer Rihanna - Fenty Beauty Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter.
I appreciate the Fenty Beauty design - stylish, modern and well-graced.
The only thing that confuses me is the cheap to the touch plastic which the compacts are made of.
The design of the travel-sized compacts (yes, I have a mini) is different from the full-sized highlighter only in the size. All the other details are identical.
Weight - 2.2g.
Country of manufacturing - Canada
Expires within 9 months of opening.
Well, even though the outer appearance of the mini and the full size is the same, however, the contents are different.
The full babe houses two shades of the highlighter, while the small compact offers only one.
The texture of the highlighter is soft and silky by touch.
It’s tightly pressed and not dusting. It won’t fall in, even if I press its surface really hard.
The pigmentation is amazing, which allows you to get the “visible from the orbit” effects easily. It looks pleasant over my skin, creating a polished appearance, though it can still accentuate my skin texture.
The staying power of this product is until the washing off. I have to confess that during all my “cosmetic life” there has never been a powder highlighter in my collection that could stay up to the late evening.
The Hu$tla Baby is one of the most hyped shades in the line. It’s a soft golden shade of peach undertones.
The duochrome effect doesn’t show off and in general, it’s more like a golden highlighter for me.
I don’t see any chunky glitter bits here, yet still I can’t confirm it’s a delicate product.
Here’s a comparison with some other golden highlighters from my collection:

Sometimes this highlighter looks too vibrant on my face and grabs all the attention. But it’s gorgeous for evening wear.
It looks as though the glow is dewy, can you imagine?
Fenty Beauty Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter doesn't have anything in common with other highlighters in my stash. It looks lovely and alluring over my skin. It isn’t an everyday go-to option. Besides, such a golden color won’t look flattering over some skin tones.
If I have a chance, I’ll willingly buy some other shades for me as well. And I won’t throw this one away, since I reach for it rather often.
Price - $34 (full size)
$23 for a set of lip glosses and a highlighter.
Thanks for your attention! Have an enjoyable shopping day!
