It was a long time ago when I started to look for an ideal purple matte lipstick for me. And there’s usually only one problem - all the matte lipsticks are too pricey. I had a huge desire to buy one of the LIME CRIME lipsticks but I just couldn't dare for this purchase.
And here I saw this lipstick by the L.A. Girl brand. Why not to give it a go?
I fell in love with the L.A. Girl Matte Flat Finish Pigment Lipgloss at once! My color is called STUNNER!
A few words about the most important things:
staying power: it’s just awesome! I wear it for more than 5 hours and it still stays in place. I can drink, eat and kiss with this product on.
scent: neutral
pigmentation: in this photo the lipstick is applied with one layer
comfort: as many other matte lipsticks this one does dry out my lips
texture: the lippie is fuzz-free in terms of application and it doesn’t give clumps. After drying down it doesn't feel gooey or anything (it feels as though I don’t have anything over my lips) My lips don't stick together!
price: $6
It washes off ONLY with an oil. I usually take some olive oil and apply it to a cotton round or simply apply a few drops straight on my lips.
I’m in love with the color and characteristics of this L.A. Girl Matte Flat Finish Pigment Lipgloss! It’s just superb! Highly recommend it to everybody!
I’ve never tried dark lipsticks but here I finally dared and bought the L.A. GIRL Matte Pigment Lip Gloss in the shade GLG843 "Rebel." I’m still learning to apply it neatly and evenly to my lips. the color is very beautiful and you can also vary its pigmentation by layering the formula.
